chickpeas (400g or 250 g drained weight)

of garlic
Juice of half a lemon

cumin (grounded)

chopped parsley (long leaf)

Instructions
Drain and drain the chickpeas.
Finely chop the garlic.
Finely puree the chickpeas with the garlic, cumin and olive oil. The mass should be fine and creamy.
If the consistency is too thick, add a little more water.
Season the dip with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
